一. 抗拉强度 ≥ 207N/mm2 (Tensile strength ≥207N/mm2)
从刹车盘刹面上切取试样进行试验,抗拉强度不小于207N/mm2..
Testing the sample cut from the brake surface to assure the standard.
二. 硬 度● 160-210 HBS (Hardness● HBS 160-210)
每件测定三点硬度值,三点硬度平均值符合标准,最大与最小不超过20HB.
Average hardness of three different testing points on one part should meet the standard, meanwhile the differences between the three points should not be up to 20HB.
三. 金 相 显 微 组 织 (Metallurgical microstructure)
1. 基体组织: 珠光体含量不小于90%,碳化物不大于1%;
Matrix: Pearlite should be more than 90% with carbide less than 1%;
2. 石墨形态: A+B型石墨大于85% , B型不大于40% , C型不大于5% ,
D+E型不大于10% ;
Graphite : type A+B>85% , B≤40% , C≤5% , D+E≤10% ;
3. 石墨长度: 3-5级
Graphite size: grade 3-5
四. 化 学 成 分 (Chemical Composition)
C:3.6-3.9; Si:1.6-2.3; Mn:0.4-0.8; S:≤0.1; P:≤0.12;
Cu:0.15-0.6; Cr:0.1-0.25; Mo:≤0.2; Ni:≤0.1;Sn:≤0.1;
V:≤0.1 Ti:≤0.03
在保证抗拉强度、硬度及金相组织的情况下, C、Si、Mn三大元素可以适当变化.
Adjustment of C、Si、Mn is allowed if tensile strength, hardness and microstructure meet the requirements.
